Wedding favors?

We are planning a medieval wedding and for the favors we are wondering for the women would you rather have an organza sachet filled with some sort of fresh scented potpourri or a lace handkerchief... the men.. either a letter opener in the shape of a sword or gold chocolate coins in a velvet pouch?
The reception will be held outdoors so there will be no issue with too much perfume

Why my sister wants to take pictures of her in a wedding shower?

Im latest United States, but my sister has been here 10 years old and shes married. She says brides and brooms have showers, wedding and she is having one.
