Peas Pod
Is eating raw snow peas a healthy snack?
I am asking because I know regular peas from a can are considered not so great. These are fresh raw snow peas in the pea pods still.
I eat them in place of chips or just as a snack. Good or not good?
The nutrition facts show only 3 grams of sugar for each 3oz. if that helps.
