Light Stick Bracelets
Is this party idea good or stupid?
I'm turning 14 and i think i might do some sort of water war thing (i dont have a pool) i can fill out water balloons buy squirt guns etc. and at night i was thinking if its safe to cut glow sticks like the bracelets and fling them at each other so we'll glow. if it isnt safe is there some sort of glow in the dark paint we can use? in the movie ms congeniality they were at a party and had glowing paint on them when they were at a party did they use black lights to make it glow? what if i dilute the glow sticks in water would it still be the same and will it stain i have a patio and i want it to be easy to wash off and not stain clothes 
theres a sherwin paint store by my house do you think they'll sell glow in the dark paint or do i have to go to a specialty store? please and thank you!
it's a good idea. it would be a really good way to have fun with your friends while doing something completely different.
