Can anyone give me ideas of a Purple & Ivory/cream Wedding?
Hiyaa! Im having the theme for Romance, and would love a Deep Purple & Ivory/Cream Wedding.
Could anyone give me ideas, pictures and specific sites or Purple wedding Receptions? As in the table settings, gift ideas, name tags, chair covers, table cloths, candles, basically any ideas!!
Or if anyone has any great hints for the tables please post an answer with some pics if you could, maybe from your wn wedding!

Go on the theknot.com and look under "purple" for the theme color, they have some ideas. Although after a while, the little pictures can get annoying...
I am having royal purple linens on the tables with lavender napkins and all white floral centerpieces. My girls' dresses are a royal purple, and even my dress is white with a purple lace up corset in the back. We're trying not to over-purple everything, so these are just some of the elements that we are doing in purple and whtie. Here are the invitations we just ordered this past monday:

We have just ordered some purple personalized cocktail napkins for the cocktail hour as well, that might be something you'd like to do.
My flowers will be bright fuschia/purple orchids and asiatic lilies, and the girls will have all white bouquets (since their dresses are royal purple). The guys will have white bouttonieres, except my groom, who'll have a purple orchid.
